We recommend preventative maintenance as one of the best protections for the children on your playground and for the life of the equipment itself.

• All bolts, nuts and coachscrews should be tightened periodically.
• All equipment should be checked for worn parts and these should be replaced e.g. swing hardware.
• All timber sections should be checked for rough surfaces and be sanded smooth.
• The play structure's stability should be periodically checked.

Note: Manufacturers and timber authorities recommend the use of exterior oil-based finishes on all timber, treated or untreated, to protect from weathering and maintain timber quality throughout the life of the product.
