Receiving your order

We provide you four ways in which you can receive your Playcraft equipment. Playcraft's products are designed and made in pre-assembled kits so that customers can easily assemble and install products in their own time, allowing them the satisfaction of putting it up themselves.

*CUSTOMER PICKUP

Customers choosing to do their own assembly and installation are welcome to pick up their kitsets directly from our Castle Hill factory - Mon - Thurs 9am - 3.30pm or Friday 9am - 2.30pm. To help you with vehicle size required, please note that most of our cubby house kitsets will fit in a ute or box trailer. Please check with sales staff on pick up conditions.

*LOCAL DELIVERY

We provide a kitset delivery service within the metropolitan Sydney area for those who want to do their own installation but would rather not collect the kitset from our factory. You can choose to be home or away (if you've given prior instruction) and we will deliver your kitset for you to assemble at your convenience. Delivery charges apply with a minimum charge of $60. Please check with sales staff for pricing.

*AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

We happily ship kitsets anywhere in Australia.

Kerbside (available Australia-wide)

We use First Fleet to provide our kerbside delivery service, which enables you to receive your kitset at the entry to your property. Your assistance in unloading the kitset may be required.

*PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION (includes delivery)

We offer a professional installation service within in the metropolitan Sydney area to help make your Playcraft purchase as easy as possible. Once you have selected your equipment and completed your purchase, we find an installation date that best suits your schedule given our commitments. Our installers come to your house and install your equipment, which generally takes from 2-3 hours. We require you be present initially to confirm where the equipment is to be located, though you may leave location instructions with us so that you can be free to be away from home. In either case, you don't have to stay home to supervise the process! Let us do the work for you to delight your children. Installation charges include delivery.
