FAQ's

1. Why don't you do metal roofs? Because they get too hot, causing a hot cubby. Our roofs are made from timber with an insulation liner on the underside. This means a cooler and safer cubby.

2. Is your equipment and timber safe?Yes.Our products are designed and constructed to comply with Australian Safety Standards for strength,safety and durability, and our timber used is child safe and enviromentally friendly (Plantation grown pine)

3. Are you insured?Yes. As a manufacturer it is a legal requirement to carry Product liability insurance. This protects your child in the case of faulty workmanship. Our installers also have Public liability insurance.

4. Do your products come in pre-assembled kitsets?Yes. We do as much of the assembly work as possible so all you have to do is put it up. We don't supply cut pieces! Everything is also rounded and drilled. All galvanised hardware is supplied with step by step illustrated instructions.

5. Can your designs be customised?Yes. Although we have our standard designs, we can modify and expand on them to suit the customers needs and backyard areas.

6. Does the site have to be level?No. Most of our designs can be adapted to slopes or uneven ground.

7. Can I view your products and discuss options?Yes. We have an indoor showroom with experienced sales and design assistance. Your kids can play on the equipment and you can look at the different designs and the high quality of our workmanship.
